Shipping Policy All orders placed Monday - Friday are processed as quickly as possible usually within 24 hours to 72 hours after receipt of the order. Orders are processed Monday thu Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. We may need some additional time to process orders due to high volume or temporarily out of stock items. You will be notified via email if an item is no longer available. we ship Monday thru Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. Shipping charges are inclusive of processing, handling and shipping cost. The time of day your order is placed, the method of delivery which you choose, location of the recipient, holidays, occasional delays by carriers, weather conditions, and other factors, such as providing and incorrect addressees can all impact the arrival and delivery a date of your gift. We regret we are unable to guarantee hospital deliveries. No refunds will be given if the patient cannot be located or checks out before gift has been delivered. We recommend shipping to a home address. Holiday Shipping PolicyWe recommend orders are placed early so that your gift arrives in time. Delays in delivery may occur during the Holidays. Quantities on some items may be limited during the busy holiday season. we suggest placing your orders as early as possible to avoid disappointment. PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO THESE DELIVERY TIMES DURING HOLIDAY. WE OFFER OVERNIGHT SERVICE FOR EXPEDITED DELIVERY. We will process orders in the shipping option indicated on order records. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Late Delivery: If you order arrives late due to a shipping company (USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS etc.) delay, a credit for shipping will be issued. This does NOT apply to delays due to weather, acts of God, or delivery attempts that are unsuccessful. PERISHABLES: Food items and perishables may not be returned due to health and safety concerns. Claims/Damages/Loss: Substitutions: At times we may need to substitute items, Gift Baskets Etc.net reserves the right to make substitutions as we make changes to our inventory based upon discovery on new and unique items, product availability and seasonal difference. Therefore, Substitution may be made, but quality will never be compromised.
Out Of Stock Items: At times of high demands or holidays items may be on back order or out of stock. ORDER CANCELLATION: We require that any order cancellation be made within 12 hours of order confirmation. Any orders not canceled within 12 hours will be subject to a nonrefundable handling fee and service charge equal to 15% of the total order. The 12 hours cancellation does not apply to orders where same day shipping has been requested. In the case of a same day shipping request, all order must be canceled within 3 hours of order confirmation or be subject to the same refund/replacement restrictions as outlined above. Cancellation Of Order After It Has Shipped: We apologize, we do not allow cancellation on gourmet food gift items or perishable foods after it has been shipped due health and safety concerns. CHANGES IN SHIPPING INFORMATION: If an error is made in the shipping address after the order has been placed. or shipping address needs to be changed. Please notify us immediately. If the order has not been shipped, we will gladly make the necessary changes. If the gift has already been picked up by the Parcel Delivery Company. We will need to contact them to reroute the package to the correct address. A rerouting fee of $25.00 will be charged to your credit card for this error. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping address, including: Recipient Name (s), Company Name (If applicable), street number and street name, floor, suite, or apartment number (if applicable) and zip code. If you are unsure of the delivery address, we encourage you to contact the recipient before the placing of your order. If UPS, FEDEX USPS, DHL request a corrected or more complete address after we ship your order. There will be a $25.00 fee per order for incorrect address. Please avoid this fee by providing an accurate and complete address when you place your order. IF UPS, FEDEX, DHL, OR USPS return your order to us as undeliverable, you have the option of reshipping the same order to a new address and paying a new shipping charge, or receiving a credit for 50% of the total amount of your order. (We have a 50% restocking fee.) Shipping charge is nonrefundable. If carrier returns a gift due to being refused a 50% restocking fee,and shipping fee for the return to us applies. (We regret do not issue refunds on gourmet food products or perishable foods)
CUSTOM GIFT BASKETS: If you have a special gift in mind or a special request please contact us. We will gladly assist you in creating that special gift. We may create custom gift baskets uniquely for your order, custom gift baskets may not be returned or exchanged. WINE GIFT BASKETS: Due to Local ordinances, gift baskets containing wine may only be shipped to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, LA, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NM, NC, ND, OH, OR, SC, TX, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY. (Please Note restrictions may be updated according to State Ordinance) Adult signatures are required on all wine shipments. FLOWER DELIVERY: Fresh flowers ships directly from the growers.
