Return Policy
We offer Refunds for any damaged or defective Gifts as long as the claim is placed within 48 HOURS of the gift being received.
All damage claims must be filed via email within 48 HOURS of the gift being received.
Items loss - Claim must be filled in writting via email within 10 days of date the order was placed.
Simply return the gift in its original packaging. Please make sure Include Insurance with the return of the gift. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Returns or exchanges claims must be placed within 5 days of gift being received. Notification via email must be made within 5 business days of the gift being received. CustomerService@GiftBasketsEtc.Net
